Welcome to Cartoix. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Cartoix regarding your access to and use of our web application, mobile applications, services, and affiliate network.

This platform operates as an online marketplace. Products listed for sale are owned, listed, manufactured, and fulfilled directly by independent third-party Suppliers. The platform itself does not own, warehouse, or physically maintain product inventory. Additionally, users can participate in an Affiliate Program subject to dedicated affiliate terms.

By accessing, browsing, registering for an account, or purchasing products on Cartoix, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or place orders.
• Authority: If you represent a legal entity, you warrant that you possess full legal authorization to bind such entity to these Terms.
• Jurisdictional Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Platform complies with all local, national, and international laws applicable to you.

To access certain features, including purchasing products and participating in the Affiliate Program, you must create a verified account.

• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and keep your account profile updated.
• Account Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for protecting the confidentiality of your credentials (username, password, 2FA tokens).
• Account Activity Responsibility: You accept full responsibility for all activities, transactions, and commission earnings occurring under your account.
• Account Transfer Restriction: Accounts are non-transferable without our prior explicit written consent.
• Unauthorized Use Notification: You must notify us immediately at security@cartoix.com upon suspecting any breach of security or unauthorized access.

Understanding how our e-commerce ecosystem operates is fundamental to your use of Cartoix.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from the applicable Supplier.

• Order Acceptance: An order is only deemed accepted upon issuance of an official order dispatch confirmation containing tracking numbers.
• Order Cancellation: You may request order cancellation prior to order processing by the Supplier. Once a Supplier has initiated fulfillment, cancellation requests may be rejected and must follow the Refund & Return Policy.
• Payment Processing: Payment is processed via secure third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). By providing payment credentials, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
• Taxes & Import Duties: Listed prices may exclude applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, or import duties depending on shipment origin and destination. Buyers are responsible for paying all applicable taxes and customs clearance fees.

Detailed shipping timelines and return procedures are governed by our dedicated Shipping & Delivery Policy and Refund & Return Policy.

• Fulfillment Responsibility: Physical fulfillment, packaging, quality control, and carrier dispatch are executed directly by Suppliers or their logistics partners.
• Delivery Estimates: Delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not binding guarantees.
• Returns & Refunds: Eligibility for returns, replacements, and refunds is subject to Supplier policy enforcement, product condition inspection, and compliance with return filing deadlines.

Users participating in our Affiliate Program earn commissions by generating valid qualifying purchases using referral tracking links.

Users may submit product reviews, comments, feedback, and media content.

• User Responsibility: You represent that your User Content does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or anti-harassment laws.
• License Grant: By submitting User Content, you grant Cartoix a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable license to display, modify, distribute, and feature your review across marketing channels.
• Platform IP Rights: All software code, UI designs, logos, graphics, brand assets, and platform algorithms remain the sole exclusive property of Cartoix.

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY AS IT LIMITS THE LEGAL LIABILITY OF Cartoix AND Cartoix.

• No Indirect Damages: In no event shall Cartoix, its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform or products supplied by third parties.
• Cap on Liability: Our total cumulative aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to the Platform in the three (3) months preceding the incident, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

Legal remedies, dispute resolution procedures, and termination parameters.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting the updated version. Your continued use of the Platform following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
