Seller / Supplier Disclaimer
Explains the legal relationship between the Platform, third-party product Suppliers, product listing disclaimers, warranty obligations, and operational boundaries.
1. Marketplace Facilitator Status
Cartoix serves exclusively as a neutral e-commerce venue and technology platform. We do not design, manufacture, inspect, own, warehouse, or control the inventory offered by independent third-party Suppliers on our site.
Suppliers are independent entities. No employment, joint venture, agency, or partnership relationship exists between Cartoix and any third-party Supplier.
2. Vendor Product Descriptions & Imagery
Product titles, descriptions, technical specifications, ingredients, image uploads, and promotional representations are authored and uploaded directly by Suppliers.
- No Independent Verification: While we require Suppliers to comply with legal listing standards, we do not independently test, measure, or verify every product listing.
- Image Discrepancies: Color variations may occur due to monitor calibration or studio lighting. Slight production modifications may occur at the Supplier's discretion.
3. Supplier Warranties & Product Safety Recalls
Responsibilities regarding product defects and regulatory safety compliance:
- Manufacturer Warranties: Any explicit or implied product warranties are provided solely by the underlying manufacturer or Supplier.
- Product Recalls: In the event of a manufacturer or governmental safety recall, the issuing Supplier is solely responsible for notifying impacted purchasers and coordinating remedy steps.
4. Non-Liability for Supplier Operational Disruptions
Cartoix is not liable for Supplier operational failures, stock outages, late dispatches, factory defects, or transit damages caused by independent Suppliers or logistics carriers.
