1. Supplier Dispatch & Shipping Responsibility

Cartoix is a marketplace connecting independent Suppliers with global customers. Products are dispatched directly from Supplier warehouses located worldwide.

If your order contains multiple products from different Suppliers, your items will arrive in separate packages with distinct tracking numbers and varying delivery dates.

2. Order Processing & Estimated Delivery Timelines

Shipping consists of two stages:

  • Order Processing Time: Suppliers require 1 to 3 business days to package items, perform quality checks, and assign tracking numbers.
  • Standard Delivery Time: Domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days; International shipping takes 7-20 business days depending on origin and destination customs.

3. Tracking & Carrier Notifications

Upon carrier dispatch, an automated email and SMS notification containing your carrier tracking number (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, ePacket) will be sent. Tracking updates can also be followed in real-time from your Account Dashboard.

4. International Shipping & Customs Tariffs

For cross-border shipments, orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, clearance fees, or tariffs imposed by the destination country's customs authority. These fees are NOT included in checkout product prices and must be paid by the recipient upon arrival.

5. Delivery Failures, Incorrect Addresses & Lost Packages

Guidelines for resolving delivery disruptions:

  • Incorrect Address Input: Buyers are responsible for ensuring shipping address accuracy. Undeliverable packages returned due to buyer address errors will incur re-shipping charges.
  • Marked Delivered but Not Received: Check with neighbors, building management, or local post offices first. Claims must be submitted within 10 days of the carrier delivery stamp.
  • Lost Packages: If a tracking number shows no carrier scan updates for more than 15 consecutive business days, contact support for a reshipment or refund.
