Affiliate Program Terms
Specific terms governing the Cartoix Affiliate Program, referral tracking, commission structures, payout thresholds, rules, and anti-fraud policies.
1. Affiliate Program Overview & Eligibility
The Cartoix Affiliate Program enables approved registered users, content creators, and marketers to earn referral commissions by promoting marketplace products listed by independent Suppliers.
- Application & Approval: We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.
- Eligibility Requirements: Applicants must be at least 18 years old, possess active websites/social media channels, and comply with all applicable advertising disclosure laws (e.g., FTC guidelines).
2. Commission Structure & Valid Referral Sales
Commissions are earned strictly on Valid Referral Sales generated via your unique affiliate link.
2.1 Valid Sales Definition
A sale is deemed valid when a customer clicks your unique referral link, completes a legitimate order on the Platform within 30 days, pays in full, and the item is dispatched by the Supplier without being returned, refunded, or disputed.
2.2 Commission Rates & Calculation
Commissions are calculated as a percentage of net sale value (excluding shipping fees, customs tariffs, promotional coupons, sales taxes, and payment gateway fees). Baseline commission tiers range from 3% to 15% depending on product category.
3. Invalid Sales, Self-Purchases & Fraud Detection
We enforce strict anti-fraud tracking algorithms to safeguard the ecosystem.
Purchasing products for personal, family, or household use using your own affiliate link is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. All self-referral transactions are automatically flagged, commissions zeroed out, and may result in account termination.
- Fake Orders & Bots: Orders generated via automated bots, click-farms, stolen credit cards, or deceptive pop-under windows are invalid.
- Chargebacks & Returns: If a customer returns a product or files a credit card dispute/chargeback, any credited commission will be reversed.
- Cookie Stuffing: Unauthorized cookie injection, iframe hiding, or forcing affiliate cookies without genuine user clicks constitutes fraud.
4. Promotional Guidelines & Advertising Rules
Affiliates must adhere to professional marketing ethics when promoting marketplace products.
- FTC & Legal Disclosures: You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship (e.g., "#Ad", "Commission Earned") on all posts, blogs, and videos.
- PPC Bidding Restrictions: Bidding on Cartoix brand keywords, misspellings, or trademarked domain names in search engines (Google Ads, Bing Ads) is forbidden.
- Email Spam Prohibited: Unsolicited bulk spam emails promoting affiliate links are strictly prohibited.
- No Misleading Claims: You may not guarantee false shipping times, fake discount codes, or untrue product claims not authorized by the Supplier.
5. Payout Schedule, Minimum Withdrawal & Taxes
Commission balances are processed according to the following schedule:

Violation of these Affiliate Terms results in immediate audit actions.
- Commission Forfeiture: Account suspension due to fraudulent activities results in complete forfeiture of pending and unpaid balances.
- Termination Notice: We reserve the right to terminate affiliate accounts upon 24 hours notice or immediately in cases of illegal activity.
- Appeals Process: Suspended affiliates may appeal within 14 days by submitting evidence to affiliate-audit@Cartoix.com.
