All software, UI design systems, code structure, proprietary algorithms, database architecture, logos, trademarks, and brand identity elements associated with Cartoix are the exclusive intellectual property of Cartoix.

We respect third-party intellectual property rights and comply with Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) procedures. If you believe your copyrighted work is infringed by a product listing or user review, submit a written Notice of Infringement to our Designated Agent.

• Required DMCA Notice Information:
• 1. Electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
• 2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• 3. Precise URL or product ID location of the allegedly infringing material on our Platform.
• 4. Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and official email address.
• 5. A statement of good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by copyright owner, agent, or law.
• 6. A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate.

In accordance with applicable law, we enforce a strict repeat infringer policy. Accounts belonging to Suppliers, Users, or Affiliates who receive multiple valid DMCA notices will be permanently terminated, listings purged, and affiliate accounts cancelled.
